House Rules

By booking accommodation at Apartmani Michelle Croatia, you agree to these House Rules and undertake to comply with them throughout your stay.

• Behave politely, courteously and respectfully towards other guests and staff.
• Use all equipment, electrical appliances and installations carefully and only for their intended purpose. Unplug appliances and chargers when they are not in use; the mains voltage is 220 V.
• Keep valuables, money and documents in a properly locked apartment or another secure place.
• Visits by persons who are not staying at the property are permitted only by prior agreement with the Operator.
• Do not bring flammable, explosive or strongly smelling substances into the apartments or common areas.
• Observe quiet hours after 23:00.
• Pets are permitted by prior agreement, and their owners must comply with the applicable rules.
• Keep the entrance doors closed when using the air conditioning.
• Accompanying adults are responsible for the conduct of minors and for any damage they cause.
• Racist or totalitarian symbols and harassing behaviour are prohibited; in the event of a breach, the Operator may terminate the stay.
• To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for damage to or theft of a vehicle or any items left in a vehicle in the car park.
